Clackmatic Terms of Use

Effective October 31, 2026 · App version 1.0 · macOS

1. License

Clackmatic is developed by Jorge Aldunate, Santiago, Chile (the “Developer”). If you obtained Clackmatic from the Mac App Store, your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These Terms add a few plain-language points and do not replace the Standard EULA; if anything here conflicts with it, the Standard EULA prevails.

The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for Clackmatic and its content, including maintenance, support and any product claims, to the extent described in the Standard EULA.

2. Using Clackmatic

3. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clackmatic is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every Mac, keyboard or audio device. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law of your country are not affected. Any rights you have regarding App Store purchases, including refunds, are handled by Apple under its own terms.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use Clackmatic. In any case, the Developer’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

5. Updates and changes

Clackmatic may be updated from time to time to fix problems or add features. If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
